THE REUNION....

B: You got something to say Mac why don't you spit it out? M: Maybe I will inspite of the attitude you're giving me. B: Well don't do me any favours. M: Just shut-up okay? (Billy sits down on the floor, then Mac sits down) M: I'm sorry. B: For what? M: Doubting you last fall. B: Forget it. M: I can't. Billy I was wrong. (Billy looks up) B: Yeah well what you saw was pretty incriminating. M: I should have had more faith in you. M: All those times that you said that you couldn't remember that night I could have looked for another explanation. Particularly with Brittany involved. B: Don't beat yourself up about it. M: I should have realized that she pulled something. B: Mac, I didn't figure it out either. (Mac has tears in her eyes) M: I was just so hurt by the idea of you sleeping with her. Especially because of how close we were at the time. Billy I couldn't even think straight. I know that's no excuse. B: Look you know what? It was a terrible time for me too. Losing you was the worse thing that even happened to me. (Mac stares at him)

Billy and Mac are still sitting on the floor staring at each other. Billy stands up and presses the buttons again. M: What are you thinking? B: Mac I'm thinking you're right, it's best that we don't get into a lot of what ifs. (Mac looks up at him) M: Is that really how you feel. B: What good is it gonna do? We're just going to end up reliving all of the pain. (Mac stands up) M: Billy if the pain is the only thing that you remember about those days. Because I recall a lot more. Come on, tell me what's really bothering you. B: Mac, do I have to spell it out to you? I moved on. And so did you. M: Billy listen to me. That rumour about JT and me, it isn't true. (Billy laughs) B: Come on Mac. M: I'm serious. I wouldn't lie about something like that. Nothing has changed. I'm still the same girl. (the stare at each other) You should know me well enough to realize that. It was just gossip. (Billy whispers) B: Really? (Mac whispers) M: Really.

Billy is leaning on the wall, he shakes his head. B: I was so sure. I... (he shrugs his shoulders) I don't know why I believed it I just...I... (Mac walks towards him) M: Billy, there's something else I want to tell you. (Billy stares at her) I've been thinking a lot about that whole CleanQueen thing. B: Mac, haven't we been all through this? M: As bad as I felt about tricking you, I'd do it all over again. B: Seriously? (Mac smiles) M: Billy to find out that you still had strong feelings for me. (she starts to cry) You can't imagine how that made me feel. My heart was so full I could hardly breathe. (he whispers) B: Mac. (he steps towards her) That's exactly how I felt. Just...just seeing you sometimes. (he touches her face, she smiles) That's how I've always felt. (he steps closer to her and puts his finger under her chin and lifts it up. He kisses her. They break away, then kiss again.
